Beauty Salon Services Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our beauty salon services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and our establishment. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.

2. User Obligations and Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information when booking appointments and filling out consultation forms
  • Arrive punctually for scheduled appointments or provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations
  • Disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or medications that may affect treatment outcomes
  • Follow all pre and post-treatment care instructions provided by our professionals
  • Maintain respectful behavior toward staff and other clients at all times
  • Pay for services in full at the time of treatment unless alternative arrangements have been made
  • Comply with all salon policies regarding photography, mobile phone usage, and personal belongings

3. Service Limitations and Restrictions

Our beauty salon services are subject to certain limitations and restrictions to ensure client safety and service quality. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, has infectious skin conditions, or displays inappropriate behavior. Certain treatments may not be suitable for pregnant women, individuals with specific medical conditions, or those taking certain medications.

Services are provided based on professional assessment and individual skin/hair type. Results may vary between clients, and we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Treatment duration and frequency recommendations are subject to professional discretion.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, techniques, procedures, and proprietary methods used in our salon are protected by intellectual property laws. This includes but is not limited to treatment protocols, product formulations, training materials, promotional content, and business methodologies. Clients are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any proprietary information obtained during their visit.

  • Photography or recording of treatments and procedures is strictly prohibited without written consent
  • Sharing of proprietary treatment techniques or product information is not permitted
  • All educational materials provided remain the property of the salon

5. Liability Limitations and Disclaimers

While we maintain the highest standards of safety and professionalism, beauty treatments inherently carry certain risks. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

  • Allergic reactions despite proper patch testing and consultation
  • Unexpected skin or hair reactions to products or treatments
  • Dissatisfaction with aesthetic results when treatments are performed according to industry standards
  • Loss or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises
  • Injuries resulting from failure to follow pre or post-treatment instructions

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal information and maintaining confidentiality. All client information, including consultation records, treatment history, and personal details, is kept strictly confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing quality beauty services. We do not share, sell, or distribute client information to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

7. Appointment and Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time or rescheduling, depending on availability. No-shows will be charged the full service fee. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to emergencies, staff illness, or unforeseen circumstances.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or the provision of services shall be resolved through the following process: initial attempt at amicable resolution through direct communication, followed by mediation if necessary. If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with local arbitration rules. The prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorney fees and costs.

All disputes must be raised within 30 days of the service date. Claims made after this period will not be considered valid unless exceptional circumstances apply.

9. Modifications and Updates

These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. Clients will be notified of significant changes through posted notices or direct communication. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms and Conditions are effective immediately upon acceptance and remain in force until terminated or modified.
